All appointments require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, this amount will stay on your client file until no further bookings are made.
In-line with current Government Mandates ALL clients MUST be double vaccinated against Covid-19, unfortunately this is totally out of Studio Cosmedica's hands and we appreciate your understanding.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment as we are capped on numbers with current Covid-19 regulations.
Check in via QR code is required on arrival.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a parking spot can be found.
An in-depth consultation form will be sent to you for each treatment, this must be filled out 48 hours before your appointment to ensure no contraindications.
If you are unable to have the full treatment carried out e.g. IPL Services due to sun exposure or any contraindications listed on your consent form you will still be charged the total booking amount, if you have a package the session will be forfeited.
You will receive a text or email 48 hours before your appointment giving you 24 hours to re-schedule if required.
Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a loss of deposit, if you have a package booked the session will be forfeited.
No Shows will incur a loss of deposit. If you wish to re-book you will be required to pay 100% of the booking total along with 20% deposit for your next appointment, if you have a package booked the session will be forfeited.
Lateness of more than 15 minutes will be classed as a 'No Show'
Refunds of deposits/pre-payments for cancellations within 24 hours will not be provided for any reason including change of mind/circumstances.
Rescheduling within 24 hours due to Covid-19 requires a test result to be sent, failure to do so will incur 100% charge of booking total.
Treatment packages cannot be transferred or divided between another person.
Pre Paid Packages and discounted treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided if treatment is unsuccessful or if results are not in line with average - a fair a reasonable agreement in line with Consumer Laws will be offered.
All information requested on the consent/consultation forms must be provided, true and up to date - any misinformation or undisclosed information that leads to injury. dissatisfaction or lack of results will not be covered by insurance
You are required to follow all pre and post care instructions provided to ensure results and to avoid injury or adverse reactions to treatment.
